  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
For Marinate
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp ground kashmiri chilli
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp black salt
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp ground cashews
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • ¾ tsp amchoor powder (dry mango powder)
  1. Prick drumsticks then rub in ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the marination ingredients together and dip in chicken and leave covered in fridge to marinade, preferably overnight.
  3. Remove chicken from the marinade and put in a tray and bake at 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes or till done.
