Easy Chicken 65 Recipe

Chicken 65 is a deep-fried chicken recipe. There are many theories about the origin of the delicious Chicken 65 Recipe. One is by the son of Chef Mr. Buhari, who claimed his father came up with this dish as a specialty in a restaurant VIP gathering.

Everyone ate the dish, loved the taste, and asked for the name. He just came up with the name of ‘ Chicken 65’ as it was soon after the new year in 1965.

Another interesting story is, the chicken was cut into 65 pieces, marinade for 65 days, and added 65 red chilies to make it super spicy. However, what would be the story behind it; this is a universal favorite recipe.
