Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken (Cut into 8 pc)
  • 125 ml Oil
  • 100 gm Onions (Sliced )
  • 200 gm Tomatoes (ground)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 6 pc Whole Cloves
  • 10 pc Whole Black Peppers
  • 1 Medium Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 pc Whole Black Cardamom
  • 5 pc Whole Green Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Whole Cumin seed
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml  Yogurt (Blended)
  • ½ tbsp Almond paste
  • 2-3 pc Green Chilies
  • 6-8 pc Whole Blanched Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khash Khash)
Instructions
  1. Fry Onions till golden brown. Add ground tomatoes, ginger & garlic paste and cooked till a massala is made. Now add all the dry spices and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now add blended yogurt, green chilies, add Chicken pieces and one cup of water and cook till the chicken is tender.
  3. Add the almond paste, Khash Khash, and cook on very low heat for two more minutes. In the end add whole blanched Almond and serve.
