Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg (large pieces)
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 4 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp (melted)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except butter and apply on chicken.
- Leave for marinade for at least 8 hours in refrigerate.
- Heat up a non stick or stainless steal large kettle for 10 minutes.
- Line up pan with aluminum foil. (If food particulars fall down, don’t burnt the pan)
- Place a wire stand in the kettle then set chicken pieces on it. Cover tightly and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken tender.
- Brush with melted butter and serve.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree C.
- Line up baking pan with aluminum foil and place chicken pieces on it.
- Bake chicken pieces for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Turn over the chicken side after 15 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter and serve.
