Fish Vegetable Sizzling Platter

This is one of tasty fish recipe with exciting taste of chili garlic sauce and vegetables. You can serve Fish Vegetable Sizzling Platter in your get together.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Fish Pieces 700 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • All Purpose Flour as required
  • Sesame Seeds Oil ½ tsp
  • Finely Chopped Garlic 5-6
  • Onion 1 (sliced)
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

For Stir Fry Vegetable

  • Butter as required
  • Mix Vegetables (Boiled and Sliced) 200 grams
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. For Fish: Apply ginger garlic paste and to taste salt to boneless fish and leave for 15 minutes then coat the fish with all purpose flour and fry the fish and set a side.
  2. Now in a pan add sesame seeds oil,  chopped garlic cloves,  onion and sauté the onion. Now add chili garlic sauce, 1/3 tsp of salt; sauté now then add  brown sugar and mix it well. At last add the fried fish and mix it well and remove from heat.
  3. For Stir Fried Vegetables: Take a pan add required butter when its melt add the boiled and mix vegetables,  black pepper, salt and stir fry the vegetables for 2 minutes and take it out .
  4. For serving: Hot the sizzling platter add fish mixture and stir fried vegetables and serve.
