Frozen Parathay is one of famous bread now a days in all age groups. It gives you benefit when you have short time just take out from freezer and fry. But at the same time these are expensive if we bought from shop. So what if you make them at home because all ingredients are easily available on cheap price. Frozen Paratha Recipe
- Ghee 400 gm
- Flour ½ kg
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Water to knead
- Ice as required
- Melt ghee and add in a ice cold water, beat well using spoon, now remove water, squeeze leftover ghee well and keep aside.
- In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil. Now knead to dough with water as required.
- Now roll the dough, put the prepared margarine in center, fold from all the four sides and keep aside for 30 minutes. Roll again and make into balls.
- Roll each ball in a paratha shape and put each ball in a polythene bag and freeze.
