Ingredients
  • ½ packet Pasta
  • ½ kg Chicken (u can take boneless)
  • 1 medium Can OR 4 tomatoes for tomato paste
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp Oregano or ajwain
  • 2 tbsp Dried parsley or dry fenugreek leaves (sookhi methi)
  • ½ tbsp crushed chili
  • 3 green chili (optional)
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 3-4 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta by adding little salt and oil, keep it aside and cover the pot.
  2. Boil the chicken with salt and black pepper (remove the chicken from bones if you are using whole chicken and cut it into small pieces).
  3. In 1 tbsp of oil add chopped 1 garlic clove, when it gets pink add in chicken pieces and fry it for few minutes and keep it aside.
  4. Now in another pan take the remaining oil and add in chopped onion when they get soft add in chopped garlic , after turning pink add tomato paste (or skin off blended tomatoes ) with a glass of water and then add all the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook it for 10 minutes at low heat, after that add the ready chicken and your sauce is ready .
  6. Spread paste in plate and pour chicken sauce on top.
  7. Its your choice mix the sauce with pasta or spread over the pasta.
