Karahi Kebab Masala is one of my favorite dish that I must prepare when we have some special dinner at our home. Every time I got pleasant comments about this dish. You can serve Karahi Kebab Masala with boiled rice, paratha, naan or tandori roti along raita. One of the best Pakistani Food Recipe.

Ingredients
  • For Kebab
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 8
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon
  • Dry coriander powder1 tea spoon
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon
  • Salt 1 tea spoon
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon
  • Corn flour 2 tea spoons
  • Bread 2 slices
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • For Masala (Gravy)
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
  • Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  • Salt ½ tea spoon
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon
  • Whole spice powder 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder ½ tea spoon
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Water as required
  • Coriander ¼ bunch
  • Green chilies 3 (sliced)
  • Ginger 1 medium piece (julienned)
Instructions
For Kabab
  1. Combine everything given for kebabs in food processor (chopper) and mix well. Keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Shape into seekh kebab.
  3. Shallow fry kebab in medium hot oil. You can also BBQ it on charcoal.
For Gravy
  1. Fry chopped onion in oil. Add ginger garlic paste, and tomatoes; sauté about five minutes.
  2. Add spices, yogurt and cook until the tomatoes are cooked and masala mixed properly. Add a splash of water if necessary.
  3. Add half cup water in masala. Put kebab in gravy and cover pan. Don’t mix or stir with a spoon. Just shake the vessel to mix.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until the masala of your preferred consistency is formed.
  5. Dish out and garnish with some coriander, green chilies and ginger.
  6. Serve hot with raita, and roti.
