Ingredients
  • Grated Radish ½ kg
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Raw Mango Powder 1 tsp
  • Fennel Seeds ½ tsp
  • Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
  • Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Bengal Gram Flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
For Making Parathas
  • Simple flour 2 cups
  • Bengal Gram Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
  • Whole Coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Water For kneading
  • Ghee for frying
Instructions
  1. First in a bowl, add grated radish, red chili powder, raw mango powder, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, nigella seeds, chaat masala, tamarind pulp, mint leaves, bengal gram flour and salt and mix it.
For Making Parathas
  1. Take simple flour and Bengal gram flour in a bowl and then add, salt, cumin powder, whole coriander and red chili powder and knead it along with water.
  2. Make small balls of the dough and make rotis and in the centre add the radish mixture and then put another roti; seal the edges.
  3. Heat griddle (tawa) and fry it with ghee. Serve warm.
