Moyo Fried Chicken Recipe by Chef Zakir
- 2 chicken breast
- 2 tbsp ginger, garlic paste
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp crushed red chili
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for fry
- Cut chicken breast in 4 parts.
- Cut ¾ of chicken breast. It will be like a pocket after cutting.
- Marinate chicken breast with ginger, garlic paste, salt, red chili, black pepper, 2 eggs, plain flour, corn flour.
- Also add masala in open part of chicken.
- Now add 1 tbsp mayonnaise in each breast slice open area and close this.
- Coat in bread crumbs then dip in egg, repeat.
- Deep fry until well cook and golden brown..
- Garnish with tomato and cucumber.
