I ate paper chicken in restaurant and liked much. Later on I tried to search recipe on Internet but failed. Then I thought why not to try myself so I used spices in chicken cubes and wrap in butter paper. I was amazed my experiment got successful.

Ingredients
  • Chicken breast ½ kg
  • Garlic 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Onion 1
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Plain flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter paper as required
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breast in medium cubes.
  2. Chop onion and green chilies.

پیپر چکن

اجزاء
چکن بریسٹ آدھا کلو
لہسن کچلا ہوا ایک چائے کا چمچ
کْٹی کالی مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ
پیاز ایک عدد
سویا سوس دو کھانے کے چمچ
ہری مرچ تین سے چار عدد
کارن فلور ایک کھانے کا چمچ
میدہ دو کھانے کے چمچ
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
بٹر پیپر حسبِ ضرورت
تیل فرائی کیلئے

ترکیب
چکن بریسٹ کو لمبی درمیانہ کیوب میں کاٹ لیں۔
پیاز اور ہری مرچ کو چوپ کر لیں۔
ایک پیالے میں لہسن، نمک، کالی مرچ، پیاز، سویا سوس، ہری مرچ، اور کان فلور ملا لیں۔
چکن کیوب کو اس مکسچر میں آدھا گھنٹہ میرینیٹ کیلئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
بٹر پیپر کے 6*6 انچ کے پیس کاٹ لیں۔ ہر پیس کے درمیان میں چکن رکھیں اور اسے لفافے کی طرح فولڈ کرلیں۔
میدے میں پانی ملا کے پیسٹ بنا لیں اور اس سے لفافے کے کنارے جوڑ دیں۔
کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کرکے درمیانی آنچ پر چار سے چھ منٹ لفافوں کو ڈیپ فرائی کریں۔
ان کو اسی طرح سرو کریں۔
