This desi Aamras recipe is one the delicious mango dessert or dip that is very easy to make. You can serve healthy aamras with pori as well. But I love to eat it as a dessert.
How to Make Aamras - Easy Mango Dip

- Mango 2
- Sugar 2-4 tbsp or to taste
- Milk ¼ cup or less
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
- Peel and cut mango in chunks.
- Put together mango, sugar, milk (just enough to make mango puree) and cardamom powder in blender and blend until smooth.
- Check the sweetness and adjust according to your taste if it is low.
- Pour in bowl and chill in fridge.
- Serve cold.
