Spaghetti Cutlets is a fantastic variation in snacks and pasta dishes. These are very easy and have a delicious taste. You have option to add cheese in them. I used chaat masala for more appetizing taste, if you don’t want to add chaat masala then increase quantity of red chili powder or add crushed red chili. Spaghetti Cutlets Recipe in English
- Spaghetti 1 cup (boiled)
- Chicken ¾ cup (cooked)
- Potato 2 medium (boiled, mashed)
- Green chili 2 (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder ¼ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Egg 1 (beaten)
- Oil for fry
- Put spaghetti, chicken, potato, green chili, salt, red chili and chaat masala in a mixing bowl and mix gently.
- Now make cutlets, dip in egg and fry in warm oil in frying pan. (I used 2 tbsp oil for 4 cutlets)
- Garnish with onion and tomato slices and serve.
