Tikka Boti Pulao is made with beef in this recipe, you can also make it with lamb, mutton, or chicken. If you want to make it with chicken then do not add water while cooking.

Ingredients

  • Rice ½ kg (boiled)
  • Beef ½ kg
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Yellow food color ½ tsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 2 (sliced)
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 8
  • Coal 1 piece

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with yogurt, yellow food color, papaya paste, crushed red chili, ginger garlic paste, salt and leave it for 2 hours.
