Bite Size Chicken Patties Recipe

Bite Size Chicken Patties or Mini Chicken Samosa is a crispy and delicious snack. One of the most relish snack to serve in tea time and Ramadan Iftar.

Yesterday, I made it for the first time. Crispy and crunchy patties with chicken is just perfect for all ages people. They look so cute.

I use chicken filling; potato and beef mince filling will also give a delicious taste. In this quantity you can make 25 patties.

Cut samosa patti into half lengthwise.

Apply flour paste/egg wash at one side of edge on strip A.

Set strip B on paste.

Spoon filling on it

Fold strip A over B, covering the filling.

Now flip it and fold B over A.

Repeat it until reaches at the end.

Now secure both strips with patties by applying flour paste/egg wash.

Mini Chicken Samosa

Make all mini patties in same way.

Heat up oil and fry on medium heat until golden. Take out on absorb paper.

Mini Samosa

Serve with ketchup or imili sauce.

How to Make Bite Size Chicken Patties

Ingredients

  • Samosa Patti as required
  • For Filling
  • Chicken 250g (boneless)
  • Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Onion 1 medium (sliced)
  • Green chilies 4-6
  • Flour paste/egg wash
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions

For Filling
  1. Add chicken, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and ½ glass water in a cooking pan.
  2. Cover and cook until water dries and chicken become cooks.
  3. Add garam masala powder, mix it. Let it cool.
  4. Now add chicken, onion and green chilies in a food processor and chop it.
  5. Take it out in a bowl.
Patties Preparation
