Chicken Cheese Pakodas
  • Green chilli- 2 or 3
  • Boiled Chicken- half cup
  • Cheese- half cup
  • Turmeric- ½tsp
  • Red chilli powder- ¼tsp
  • Salt- 1tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1tsp
  • Onion- 1small(chopped)
  • Ginger-1tsp(grated)
  • Chat Masala- 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves- Small bunch
For Batter:
  • Besan- 1cup
  • chilli powder- 1tsp
  • turmeric- 1tsp
  • Soda- 1 tsp
  • oil- for fry
  • salt as per salt
  1. Grate the Cheese and Chicken then add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt,    cumin     seeds,  chopped onion, grated ginger, green chilli and chat  masala.
  2. Mix all these ingredients and coriander leaves together.
  3. For Batter: Put Besan, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and soda  in a bowl    and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Make Balls with the help of  spoon and deep fry till nice and golden
  6. Serve hot with sauce.
  7. NOTE: Rest Batter for 30 minutes for crispy Pakodas.
