After making your homemade pakorian or whether you brought it from the shop now it’s time to make super delicious Dahi Pakorian.
Mouthwatering Dahi Pakorian is a great serving in Ramazan and also can be served to guests.
- Pakorian 200g (soaked)
- Boiled potato 2 large (cubed)
- Onion 1 medium (sliced)
- Tomato 1 large
- Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
- Green chutney 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Chaat masala to taste
- Squeeze out water from pakorian and put them in serving bowl.
- Put potato, onion, tomato, tamarind pulp, green chutney and pour over yogurt.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
