Dahi Pakorian

After making your homemade pakorian or whether you brought from shop now it’s time to make super delicious Dahi Pakorian. Mouthwatering Dahi Pakorian is a great serving in Ramazan and also can be served to guests.

Ingredients

  • Pakorian 200g (soaked)
  • Boiled potato 2 large (cubed)
  • Onion 1 medium (sliced)
  • Tomato 1 large
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Green chutney 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Chaat masala to taste

Method

  1. Squeeze out water from pakorian and put them in serving bowl.
  2. Put potato, onion, tomato, tamarind pulp, green chutney and pour over yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
