Frozen Parathaa is one of the famous flatbread in all age groups. It gives you benefits when you have a short time just take it out from the freezer and fry.
But at the same time, these are expensive if we bought from the shop. So what if you make them at home because all ingredients are easily available at a cheap price. You can also make roll paratha with these parathas.

Frozen Paratha Recipe
- Ghee 400 gm
- Flour ½ kg
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Water to knead
- Ice as required
- Melt ghee and add in a ice cold water, beat well using spoon, now drain water, squeeze leftover ghee well and keep margarine aside.
- In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil. Now knead to dough with water as required.
- Now roll the dough, put the prepared margarine in center, fold from all the four sides and keep aside for 30 minutes. Roll again and make into balls.
- Roll each ball in a paratha shape and put each ball in a polythene bag and freeze.
