Finally I made Kairi ki Chutney today :D, from long long time I want to make it but don’t know why I didn’t. I love its taste, simply superb and a great condiment with meal. All common ingredients you will get from your kitchen. Must try it!

Ingredients
  • Kerri 4-5 medium
  • Onion 1 medium (sliced)
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Mint leaves ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Peel off skin of kerri and cut into slices.
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor and roughly chop. Add a little water if needed.
  3. Serve as condiment with meals.
