Ingredients
  • Mint leaves 2 cups
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Splash of water
  • Yogurt 1 cup
Instructions
  1. Put mint leaves, green chilies, pomegranate seeds, salt and splash of water in food processor and make a smooth paste.
  2. Mix 1 tbsp or as required mint chutney in yogurt and enjoy.
  3. Keep leftover mint chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use alone or for mint raita.
Notes
If you want to make mint and coriander raita then add ½ cup coriander leaves with other ingredients.
