Ingredients
For Veggies Broth
  • Water 3 glass
  • Spring onion 1 (sliced)
  • Carrot 1 (sliced)
  • Ginger 1 small piece (sliced)
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Green chili 1-2
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Other Ingredients
  • Peas 500g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water for boiling
Instructions
  1. Put broth ingredients in a pan and cook about 8-10 minutes. Then strain broth and discard veggies.
  2. Boil peas with salt and pepper. Grind peas with a little water.
  3. Add peas paste into broth and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
