- Pineapple chunks 1 cup
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Banana 1
- Honey 2 tsp
- Ice cubes as required
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish
- In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, honey and ice.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge.
