Pineapple and Coconut Milk Smoothie

Pineapple and Coconut Milk Smoothie is a healthy beverage made with refreshing pineapple, and coconut milk. Perfect to serve at breakfast time. I love the flavor of coconut milk in this smoothie. You too must try.



  • Pineapple chunks 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Pineapple wedges, for garnish


  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, honey and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge.
