Ingredients
  • Rice ½ kg (half boiled)
  • Boiled Mutton ½ kg
  • Potato 3 (cubed)
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Mix Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp
  • Mace Powder ½ tsp
  • Star anise 4
  • Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
  • Fried Onion 1 cup or 250g
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Plums 50 grams
  • Curry Leaves 6
  • Green Coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Instructions
  1. In cooking pan add potato, 1 cup water, ½ cup oil, ½ cup yogurt, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, mix garam masala, nutmeg powder, mace powder along with star anise.
  2. Cook until potato almost done then stir in boiled mutton.
  3. Mix yellow food color in remaining yogurt.
  4. In plate put fried onions, sliced tomatoes, plums, curry leaves, green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, chaat masala, and mix all.
  5. When potato cook, if there is some water dry it a little on high flame. Then pour yogurt over it.
  6. Now spread mixed fried onion ingredients on yogurt and then spread rice. Pour 2 tbsp oil on top.
  7. Simmer on slow flame for 25 minutes.
  8. Serve with raita.
