Roasting a chicken is no more difficult now and everyone love a roast chicken. Getting great-tasting Chicken Roast at home without oven is easier than ever. In this recipe simple ingredients are used to get a delicious taste. I will must say this is among best chicken recipes!

Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg (large pieces)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lemon juice 4 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp (melted)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except butter and apply on chicken.
  2. Leave for marinade for at least 8 hours in refrigerate.
  3. Heat up a non stick or stainless steal large kettle for 10 minutes.
  4. Line up pan with aluminum foil. (If food particulars fall down, don't burnt the pan)
  5. Place a wire stand in the kettle then set chicken pieces on it. Cover tightly and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken tender.
  6. Brush with melted butter and serve.
For Baking in Oven
  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree C.
  2. Line up baking pan with aluminum foil and place chicken pieces on it.
  3. Bake chicken pieces for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Turn over the chicken side after 15 minutes.
  4. Brush with melted butter and serve.
