Ingredients
  • Rice ½ kg (half boiled)
  • Boiled Mutton ½ kg
  • Potato 3 (cubed)
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Mix Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp
  • Mace Powder ½ tsp
  • Star anise 4
  • Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
  • Fried Onion 1 cup or 250g
