We often have leftover chicken and sometimes get degi chicken from relative because we have a tradition in Pakistan to distribute leftover wedding food in relatives. So in this case if you are not in mood to eat it as curry then slightly remove masala from chicken and fry it by following method. In the same way you can fry leftover mutton or beef. Once on Eid ul Edha, I made mutton in the same way and got lots of appreciation 😉 You will get a mouthwatering taste, serve it with bread and ketchup. 🙂
- Leftover chicken
- Egg (beaten)
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for fry
- Slightly remove masala from chicken pieces.
- Dip chicken in egg, coat bread crumbs and deep fry in medium heated oil until golden brown.
- Serve warm with bread or dinner roll and ketchup.
