Poori Paratha Pakistani Recipe
- 2 cups White flour
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- Oil for fry
- Water to knead
- In a flat steel dish add white flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and clarified butter and knead with water to form dough. Leave it for 30 minutes
- In a wok, heat oil.
- Now make ball and roll it with rolling pin.
- Grease it and deep fry it on low flame. Press with spoon so it should puff up.
- When its turns golden brown dish it out and serve.
