Ingredients
  • Flour 3 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Egg (beaten) 4 tsp
  • Water as required
  • For the Paste
  • Ghee (melted) 4 tbsp
  • Egg (beaten) 4 tsp
  • Flour for dusting
Instructions
  1. Sift flour into a heap, make a hollow gap in the center, pour egg, salt and water in it and knead to a smooth dough.
  2. Then apply oil and knead again. Cover with damp cloth and leave for 1/2 hour.

بندو خان پراٹھا

اجزاء


• میدہ تین کپ
• نمک آدھا چاۓ کا چمچ
• تیل دو کھانے کے چمچ
• انڈہ پھینٹا ہوا چار چاۓ کے چمچ
• پانی حسب ضرورت
 پیسٹ بنانے کےلئے
• گھی پگھلا ہوا چار کھانے کے چمچ
• انڈہ پھینٹا ہوا چار چاۓ کے چمچ
• میدہ چھڑکنے کے لئے

ترکیب


1. میدہ کو ایک ڈھیر کی صورت میں چھان لیں ،درمیان میں ایک گڑھا بنائیں اس میں انڈہ ،نمک، اور پانی ڈال کر ملائم آٹا گوندھ لیں۔
2. پھر تیل ڈال کر دوبارہ گوندھیں اس کو نم کپڑے سے ڈھانپ کر آدھے گھنٹے کی لئے رکھ دیں۔
3. اِس دوران گھی اور انڈہ مکس کرکے پیسٹ بنا لیں۔
4. اس کے بعد آٹے کے آٹھ سے دس پیڑے بنا لیں.ایک پیڑہ لے کر اسے تھوڑا سا پھیلا لیں اور تیار شدہ پیسٹ ڈال دیں.اس کو چوکور شکل میں لپیٹ کر دوبارہ سے گول کر دیں، اوپر گھی لگا کر ڈھک کر آدھے گھنٹے کےلئے رکھ دیں۔
5. توا گرم کریں۔ ہر پیڑے کو پتلے پراٹھے کی شکل میں بیل لیں .درمیان میں ایک سوراخ کر کے توے پر ایک طرف سے سینک کر پلٹ دیں پھر گھی لگا کر دونوں طرف سے سنہرا فرائی کر لیں ۔
