- Milk 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 pinch
- Desi ghee 1 tsp
- Ginger 1-inch piece
- Sugar/honey/brown sugar (to taste – optional)
- Heat up milk and add all ingredients to it.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Drink it before going to bed.
- Use it twice a week.
