Easy Fish Fried Rice

If you have not thought adding fish in rice, this is a satisfying recipe of fried rice with fish. This is a great meal to serve.

Ingredients
  • Fish Boneless 400g (small pieces)
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves (chopped)
  • Ginger ½ tsp (chopped)
  • Onion 1 medium (sliced)
  • Green coriander ½ cup
  • Spring onions 1 (sliced)
  • Capsicum 1 cup (sliced)
  • Carrot 1 small (sliced)
  • Fish sauce a few drops(optional)
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Cooked Rice 3 cups
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oil
Instructions
  1. Marinate fish with soya sauce and half tsp of black pepper powder for 10 minutes.
  2. Just before frying add in corn starch and toss and fry fish till done. Keep this aside.
  3. In the same oil add garlic and ginger and fry for a minute. Next add onion and continue stir fry followed by chopped green coriander, spring onion, capsicum and carrots.
  4. When the vegetables are almost done add in fish sauce, chili sauce and fried fish and stir fry for a few seconds.
  5. Now add cooked rice and stir and mix well. Fish fried rice is ready.
