Its a tangy sweet and sour flavor of drink prepared with raw mango, dates and mint. Must try this refreshing Panna drink in summer season by Chef Zakir.
1 raw mango (Keri)
100g date (remove seeds)
30-50g sago dana
4 tbsp sugar
¼ bunch mint
one and half glass of water
Remove skin of raw mango and cut into slices.
Take water in a pan. Add raw mango with seed.
Cook and add, dates and sago dana along sugar and cook.
When it start boiling and color of water change, include mint leaves and cook till thick.
Blend it well in blender. Add ice and blend again.
