Pineapple and Mango Slush

Pineapple and Mango Slush


  • Pineapple chunks 1 cup
  • Mango 2 (chunks)
  • Lemon 2
  • Sugar 1/3 cup


  1. Blend pineapple, mango, lemon and sugar until puree.
  2. Pour mango puree into wide plastic box. Cover it with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Gently scrape the top layer with a fork. Repeat every two hours until all of it has been scraped.
  4. Scoop into glasses and serve.
