- Pineapple chunks 1 cup
- Mango 2 (chunks)
- Lemon 2
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- Blend pineapple, mango, lemon and sugar until puree.
- Pour mango puree into wide plastic box. Cover it with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
- Gently scrape the top layer with a fork. Repeat every two hours until all of it has been scraped.
- Scoop into glasses and serve.
