Ingredients
  • Boneless fish ½ kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Egg 2 (beaten)
  • Fresh bread crumbs as required
  • Sesame seeds ½ cup
  • French fries for serving
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. In a bowl marinade boneless fish with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, paprika powder, chopped garlic, black pepper, and ½ tsp salt.
  2. Leave it for half an hour.
  3. Sprinkle corn flour on fish then dip fish into egg.
  4. Coat into breadcrumbs mixture and sesame seeds.
  5. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve fish with fries.
