Ingredients
  • 2 cups White flour
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Oil for fry
  • Water to knead
Instructions
  1. In a flat steel dish add white flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and clarified butter and knead with water to form dough. Leave it for 30 minutes
  2. In a wok, heat oil.
  3. Now make ball and roll it with rolling pin.
  4. Grease it and deep fry it on low flame. Press with spoon so it should puff up.
  5. When its turns golden brown dish it out and serve.
